You computer can be something that passes time, a business need or a multitude of things to you. When it goes wrong we know it can be very inconvienient for you. You also want to get the computer fixed quickly and affordably.

Our Call out charges within Newcastle upon Tyne area of the UK are £25 per hour. We may need to take the machine back to base to repair it or we might be able to repair it on site. If we cannot suggest a fix after inspection there is no charge.

If you live further affield you can post your machine to us to be investigated and repaired if you wish.

Any parts required / attempted to be replaced will be chargeable, we will consult you before replacing parts.

We can Investigate / Repair all PC's from Dell, HP, self made machines, Apple as well as laptops, tablets, etc.
